3. Coverage Areas and Delivery Times
- Coverage: We offer shipping services nationally and internationally. However, certain areas may have limited access. Customers will be notified before confirming their purchase if their location is affected.

- - National deliveries: 2 to 5 business days.

5. Delivery Process

- The customer must present an ID document if the delivery is personal.
- If the delivery is made to an authorized third party, prior notification from the buyer is required.
- If the delivery is made to a concierge or reception area, it will be considered completed once the authorized staff at the location receives the package.
6. Delivery Attempts and Reshipments
- If the customer is unavailable to receive the product, up to two additional delivery attempts will be made.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to our facilities, and the customer must arrange a new shipment, covering additional costs.
